The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Application means the software program provided by the Company and downloaded by You on any electronic device, named SalesIndex.

Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

We reserve the right to remove or modify Content at our sole discretion.

Content Backups

While We perform periodic backups, We do not guarantee that no data loss will occur. You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your own Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury).

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount You paid through the Service, or $100 if no purchase was made.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or that the Service is free from harmful components or errors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.

Disputes Resolution

You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company before pursuing any legal remedy.

European Union Users

If You are an EU resident, You may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in Your country.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that You are not located in a U.S. government-restricted country and are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited party list.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Translation Interpretation

If we provide translated versions, the English version controls.
